GE T&D India has informed that in view of a career opportunity outside General Electric, Manoj Prasad Singh, (ICSI Membership Number - FCS 4231), has resigned from the post of Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company with effect from close of business hours on August 31, 2022. The Company is in the process of appointing a new Company Secretary and the same shall be intimated in due course. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9 September 2015 are attached as Annexure.
