Bharat Parenterals has received approval to incorporate subsidiary company namely – ‘Varenyam Biolifesciences’. The company is in the process of incorporation and yet to be incorporated. The subsidiary is incorporated to carry on the business of pharmaceutical formulations and product including biotechnology products covered under the biotechnology policy (2022-27) of the central or state government of India. The business of subsidiary is in line with the main object of business of the company.
Bharat Parenterals is engaged in to the business of the Pharmaceuticals & Drugs.
