United Spirits has informed regarding Postal Ballot Notice for seeking approval of the Members of the Company by way of Ordinary Resolution for: Appointment of Mark Dominic Sandys (DIN: 09543864) as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. The remote e-voting period for the Postal Ballot concluded on Thursday, 16th June 2022 at 17:00 Hrs (IST) and thereafter, the Scrutinizer, Sudhir V. Hulyalkar, Company Secretary in Practice, submitted the report on the voting results.
