South Indian Bank informs about AGM notice

South Indian Bank has informed that in continuation of letter no. SEC/ST.EX.STT/38/2022-23 dated 07-06-2022 the convening of the 94th AGM of the Bank on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at 11.00 am (1ST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) and in accordance with circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA)/ SEBI, shareholders will be able to attend and participate in the AGM only through VC/OAVM. Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) and other applicable provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), the company submitted the Annual Report of the Bank for the financial year 202 1-22 along with the Notice of 94th AGM which is being sent through electronic mode to the Members and Debenture holders (Copy of Annual Report) of the Bank.
