Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Jubilant FoodWorks has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the ‘Designated Persons’ from Friday, June 24, 2022 till Forty-Eight hours post the date of Board Meeting. The Board Meeting is scheduled to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. The date of Board Meeting for approval of aforesaid Financial Results shall be intimated in due course. Accordingly, the Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
