Bharat Forge has informed that on the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company, by way of circular resolution passed on June 21, 2022, has appointed Kanwar Bir Singh Anand (DIN: 03518282) and Sonia Singh (DIN: 07108778) as Additional Independent Directors of the Company, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Further, in compliance with the circular No. NSE/CMU2018/02 issued by National Stock Exchange of India and circular No. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 issued by BSE (both circulars dated June 20, 2018), the company has confirmed that Kanwar Bir Singh Anand and Sonia Singh have not been debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order issued by SEBI or any other Authority. The details required under Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 are annexed as Annexure-I.
