In furtherance to the announcement dated July 01, 2020 (enclosed as Annexure A) and pursuant to the terms of Agreement entered into between the parties, Bharti Airtel has informed that upon conversion of 17.88 million Non-Cumulative 0.0001% Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares of face value of Rs 1000 each aggregating to Rs 17,880 million, CA Cloud Investments ('Carlyle') now holds 24.04% equity stake in Nxtra Data ('Nxtra'), a subsidiary Company. The Company continues to hold the remaining equity stake in Nxtra.
