CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dt September 09, 2015 is as follows: Date of Notice- June 24, 2022; Brief details- Pursuant to the approval given by members dt June 19, 2022 and pursuant to applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and subject to such other approvals, permissions and sanctions required, the Company proposes to shift its registered office from the jurisdiction of RoC, Chennai to No.27, First floor, New Scheme Road, Pollachi 642001, under the jurisdiction of RoC, Coimbatore, within the State of Tamil Nadu. The objections of creditors be delivered by registered post, within 21 days from the date of receipt of this notice failing which they would be deemed to have consented to the shifting of registered office and the matter will be proceeded with accordingly.
