Tirupati Starch & Chemicals has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and read with the BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April, 2019 the window for trading in the Shares of the Company shall remain closed from July, 2022 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on 30' June, 2022. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on 30 June. 2022 will be intimated separately in due course. All the Directors, KMP's, Designated Persons, Employees, connected persons and their relatives are advised not to deal in the Shares of the Company during the aforesaid period.
