Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Brightcom Group has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on June 26, 2022, have approved the appointment of Singaraju Lakshmi Narayana Raju as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from July 25, 2022. The details as per the requirement of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 is given in Annexure-I along with the profile of Raju. Raju will stand in as the Company's Compliance Officer till the company hire a full-time Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The meeting commenced at 22:00 pm and concluded at 23:15 pm.
