In terms of Company's Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, formulated in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, Haryana Capfin has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for the Designated Persons covered under the said Code of the Company with effect from Friday, 1st July, 2022 and will open 48 (hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022 will be intimated in due course.
