Pursuant to the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, TTK Healthcare has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the shares by the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives, will remain closed from 1st July, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter ending 30th June, 2022. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives have been intimated not to trade in the Company's shares during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
