Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read with BSE Circular Ref No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019 and Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in Company's Securities by Insiders, Auro Laboratories has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) with effect from July 01, 2022 for the purpose of consideration of unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2022. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2022, become generally available. The date of Board meeting of the Company for consideration and declaration of the said results will be intimated in due course.
