Suzlon Energy has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company (the ‘Board’), by way of circular resolution passed on 27th June 2022, has, subject to the approval of the shareholders, approved the amendment to the Articles of Association of the Company by substituting the existing set of the Articles of Association of the Company with the new set of the Articles of Association to incorporate certain terms of the financial assistance granted to the Company and its certain identified subsidiaries by REC led consortium comprising of REC and Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency.
