Karnataka Bank informs about trading window closure

Karnataka Bank has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Bank's Insider Trading Regulation Code, the trading window for the purpose of dealing in the securities of the Bank remains closed from July 01, 2022 till 48 hours after the standalone/ consolidated unaudited financial results of the Bank for the quarter ending June 30, 2022 are approved by the Board of Directors and filed with the stock exchanges. The date of meeting of the Board to approve the unaudited financial results of the Bank for the quarter ending on June 30, 2022 will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all connected persons/ Designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Bank during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
