Pulsar International has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Employees, Promoters and Directors (Including their immediate relatives) from 1st July, 2022 until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022. The date of meeting of Board of Directors to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022 will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all concerned persons/designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
