Arco Leasing has informed that as per the 'code of Conduct for Prevention of lnsider Trading' framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prevention of lnsider Trading) Regulations, 2015, (as amended), the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July, 2022 and will open 48 hours after the announcement of Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the 1st Quarter ended 30th June, 2022.
