Piramal Enterprises has informed that Piramal Enterprises Senior Employees Welfare Trust has informed the Company of its intention to acquire up to 5,00,000 equity shares (0.21% of the paid up capital) of the Company, in one or more tranches, from secondary market for creation of a sufficient pool of Company shares under the Company’s Employees’ Stock Ownership Plan -2015. This would be in accordance with the approval granted by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 16th July, 2021.
