As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2019, effective July 25, 2019, Lancer Containers Lines has informed that the ‘Trading Restriction Period’ shall be made applicable from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results’. In view of the aforesaid, it is intimated that the trading window of the Company will be closed from July 01, 2022 which shall continue to remain closed and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter Months ending on June 30, 2022.
