PNB Housing Finance is planning to borrow funds and issue of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis aggregating to Rs 12,000 crore in one or more tranches. The shareholders' approval is being sought in the 34th annual general meeting (AGM) on July 26, 2022 for the same.
PNB Housing Finance is a registered housing finance company with National Housing Bank (NHB). They provide housing loans to individuals and corporate bodies for construction, purchase, repair and up-gradation of houses.
