Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulation 2018, Transoceanic Properties has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors, Promoters, designated persons and specified connected persons (including dependents and immediate relatives) from 1st of July , 2022 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended on 30.06.2022 for FY 2022-23. An intimation regarding the notice of Board Meeting to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended 30.06.2022 shall be sent separately to the Stock Exchange. Further, the designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
