Reliance Industries’ arm enters into strategic partnership with Pret A Manger

Reliance Brands (RBL), the brand licensing arm of Reliance Industries, has entered into a strategic partnership with Pret A Manger. The partnership is to launch and build the brand in India and plans to open the food chain outlets across the country starting with major cities and travel hubs.

Started in London in 1986, Pret A Manger now operates around 550 shops in countries, including the UK, US, Hong, France, Dubai, Switzerland, Brussels, Singapore and Germany.

Reliance Industries is India’s largest private sector company. The company’s activities span hydrocarbon exploration and production, petroleum refining and marketing, petrochemicals, retail and 4G digital services.
