Ami Organics has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary namely, ‘Ami Organics Electrolytes’ on June 30, 2022 under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013. Ami Organics Electrolytes is incorporated with the object to venture into manufacturing of Electrolytes for cells used in energy storage devices and other chemical substances and is in line with the business of Ami Organics.
Ami Organics manufactures specialty chemicals that are used towards the development and manufacturing of advanced pharmaceutical intermediates for regulated and generic active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and New Chemical Entities (NCE), and key starting material for agrochemical and fine chemicals.
