As per the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, Upsurge Investment & Finance has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by its Designated persons shall be closed with effect from 1st July, 2022 till 48 hours after declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022 by the Company to the Stock Exchange. Accordingly, all Connected/ Designated Persons and their relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
