Tilaknagar Industries has informed that the Company has entered in an Operations and Maintenance Services Agreement dated June 30, 2022 with Globus Spirits (‘GSL’) to engage their services to upgrade and operate (for a service fee) the Company’s Grain based ENA Plant (‘the Plant’) in Shrirampur, Maharashtra. The upgradation of the Plant is expected to be completed in H2 FY23. The details which are required to be furnished in terms of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations are enclosed.
