Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives ('the Code'), Electrosteel Castings has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, as covered under the Code, from 1 July, 2022 and shall open 48 hours after the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 June, 2022 are submitted to the Stock Exchanges. The date of the Board Meeting to be held for the consideration and approval of the
aforesaid Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company will be communicated in due course of time.
