Emami has increased its stake in Helios Lifestyle to 50.40% from 49.53% on issued and Paid-up capital. Helios Lifestyle has allotted 4639 equity shares to Emami. In view of above, Helios Lifestyle has become subsidiary of Emami with effective from July 1, 2022.
Emami is the flagship company of the Emami Group and engaged in manufacturing products under various categories namely Hair Care, Skin Creams and Lotions, Talcum Powder and ayurvedic health care products.
