Physical Rubber prices witnessed strength on Friday due to strong demand in the markets, even though concerns of a potential recession in the global markets capped the gains.

Spot prices for RSS-4 variety rose to Rs 179/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 178/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety gained to Rs 176.50/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 176/ kg.
