Shilpa Medicare has executed business transfer agreement with Shilpa Pharma Lifesciences (Formerly known as Shilpa Corporate Holdings) the transferee company which is complete and effective from June 30, 2022. With effect from closing of the transaction, Shilpa Pharma Lifesciences, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shilpa Medicare shall operate the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) business.
