In pursuance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct to prevent Insider Trading, Times Guaranty has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company, shall remain closed from 1st July, 2022 till 48 hours of conclusion of the Board Meeting, at which the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022, shall be approved. The date of the Board Meeting shall be intimated separately. Accordingly, all insider/ designated persons and their immediate relatives covered under the mentioned Code are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
