Selan Exploration Technology has entered into a Transfer Agreement on July 6, 2022 to acquire 100% participating interest in Contact Area CB/ONDSF/ELAO/2016. The said contract area was awarded as a Revenue Sharing Contract by the Government of India to PFH Oil and Gas under the Discovered Small Field Bid Round 1, 2016. It is a gas field located in the prolific Cambay Basin in Gujarat. This acquisition would contribute to Selan’s Cambay Basin strategy and would bring in operational synergies with its existing asset portfolio.
