East West Holdings has entered into Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) on July 5, 2022 with Unique Airfreight Express And Logistics for acquiring 37.5% stake in Unique Airfreight Express And Logistics in the first Tranche and the remaining 62.5 % stake will be acquired within a period of 1 year on the terms and conditions as specified in the Share Purchase Agreement. The entity being acquired belongs to Logistic Industry and is engaged in the business of Logistics, Freight and Forwarding services.
East West Holdings through its 100% subsidiary East West Freight Carriers provides total Logistic solutions including Air, Ocean Freight Forwarding Operation and Road Transportations.
