Paisalo Digital has raised Rs 14 crore through Unlisted, Unsecured, Unrated Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and allotted 9.90 % P.A, 14 NCDs having face value of Rs 1 crore each on private placement basis. Tenure of the instrument is 10 years from the date of allotment. The Operations and Finance Committee of Board of Directors of Paisalo Digital in their meeting held on July 6, 2022 has allotted the same.
