Arunis Abode has acquired 100% equity shares of Arunis Realties, a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, registered with Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Consequently, Arunis Realties has become wholly owned subsidiary of the company with effect from July 06, 2022. The object of the acquisition is use Arunis Realties as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to carry on the business of real estate activities.
