Muthoot Capital Services has completed a securitization transaction of Rs 89.82 crore on July 07, 2022. It may please be noted that this is the second securitization / direct assignment transaction carried out by the Company during the FY 2022- 2023. The entire pool is from the non - priority sector and has been taken after considering the guidelines prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India in this regard.
Earlier, the company had completed a securitization transaction of Rs 106.46 crore on June 17, 2022. This is the first securitization / direct assignment transaction carried out by the Company during the FY 2022 - 2023.
