Nuvoco Vistas Corporation has informed that the 23rd Annual General Meeting (1st Post-IPO) ('AGM') of Nuvoco Vistas Corporation (the 'Company') which was scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at 3:30 pm (IST) through Video Conference ('VC')/ Other Audio-Visual Means ('OAVM'), is rescheduled and will now be held on Friday, August 5, 2022 at 3.30 pm (IST) through VC/OAVM in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. Also informed that, the Notice of the AGM along with Integrated Annual Report for FY 2021-22 will be sent to the Members of the Company and the Stock Exchanges within the prescribed timelines.
