LIC Housing Finance has launched three-day’s property exhibition - Nimma Mane, from January 11 to 13, 2013 at RBANMS grounds in Bangalore. In this exhibition, the company was able to attract 73 builders both from Bangalore and across the country. The housing finance company has set a loan disbursal target of over Rs 100 crore, through this exhibition, as last year it had achieved a similar amount.
LIC holds 40.31% stake in LIC Housing Finance while, institutional investors, both foreign and domestic together, are holding 41.47% shares, others hold 18.22% shares
