Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a), 33 and other applicable Regulations, if any, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Polycab India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 19th July 2022, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2022. In this regard, with reference to its earlier intimation dated 30th June 2022, wherein it was informed that pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would be closed from 01st July 2022 and continue to remain closed upto 48 hours after the aforesaid Board Meeting up to 21st July 2022.
