Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), Bharat Forge has informed that Bharat Forge has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in the name of Kalyani Lightweighting Technology Solutions Limited on July 12, 2022 under Corporate Identity Number U29299PN2022PLC213002 (KL TSL). KL TSL has been incorporated with a view of creating a separate vertical for aluminium business and for light weighting technology. KL TSL will focus on the manufacturing of aluminium components for automotive & industrial applications and carry out research and development activity on light weighting through new materials and technologies. The details / disclosures in respect of the said wholly owned subsidiary, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with Schedule Ill thereto and the SEBI Circular No.CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, are provided in the enclosed Annexure.
