Pursuant to the provisions of Reg 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Schneider Electric Infrastructure has informed that the Company has received a request on July 12, 2022 for issue of duplicate share certificate in lieu of original share certificate reported as lost/ misplaced by the legal heir of the deceased shareholder.
