Sridhar Reddy as an Additional Director and Whole Time Director of the Company; - The Board of Directors of the Company, have appointed Mr. Kanaparthi Sreedhara Reddy (DIN:09608890) as ‘Additional Director’ (Executive) with designation Whole Time director with immediate effect on the recommendation of the Nomination and remuneration Committee.
