Basf India has informed that the Company has been disclosing material information that has a bearing on the operations / performance of the Company including price sensitive information as per the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 from time to time. Further, the company stated that presently there is no such impending announcement in the Company having a bearing on the price/volume behaviour in the scrip of the Company which has not been disclosed to the Stock Exchanges.
