Choice International has infused Capital of Rs 1 crore in Choice Portfolio Management Services (Subsidiary Company) constituting 10 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each on July 13, 2022. Pursuant to this, the holding of the Company in its Subsidiary Company has been increased from 52.60% to 67.84%.
Choice International offers services in area of project financing, assisting in raising funds by equity or debt routes, debt structuring, private equity, acquisitions, long term strategic planning, turnaround and structuring and joint ventures, divestitures and takeovers.
