APL Apollo Tubes has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/07/2022, to consider and approve unaudited financial results (standalone & consolidated) of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June 2022. In accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company is already closed from 1st July 2022 and shall reopen on 30th July 2022.
