In compliance with Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III, Part A, Para A (1) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Mahindra Logistics has informed that the Investment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has today Monday, 18 July 2022, approved incorporation of new Wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company, one each in India and United Kingdom. This, in line with the Company’s vision, will enable the Company to further address growth opportunities in logistics and will also establish international presence. Detailed disclosure in this regard as required under Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III, Part A, Para A (1) of the SEBI Listing Regulations and the SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9 September 2015 is attached as Annexure A to this letter.
