Jubilant FoodWorks’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands B.V. (JFN) has increased its stake in DP Eurasia N.V. (DPEU) through various onmarket purchases. As on July 17, 2022, JFN is holding 6,50,60,801 ordinary shares in DPEU representing 44.75% of its issued share capital. DP Eurasia is the exclusive master franchisee of Domino’s Pizza brand in Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan and Georgia.

Jubilant FoodWorks is India’s largest and fastest growing food service company. The company and its subsidiary operates Domino’s Pizza brand with exclusive rights for India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
