JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals has completed the acquisition of portfolio of brands from Dr Reddy’s Laboratories. This acquisition was partly funded from internal accruals and partly through long-term debt. Earlier, the company’s board had approved a proposal to acquire four paediatric brands from Dr Reddy's Laboratories for about Rs 98 crore.
JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals is engaged in manufacturing of pharmaceutical specialties in various dosage forms, herbal remedies, diagnostics, generic drugs, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs).
