Poonawalla Fincorp has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on 21 July 2022 granted 311,250 stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2021 (ESOP 2021) -Tranche-7 to the eligible employees of the Company at an exercise price of Rs 229.29 each. These stock options shall vest as per the vesting schedule as mentioned in ESOP 2021. The grant of the above stock options is in line with the provisions of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits & Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 as amended from time to time.
