Pursuant to Regulation 29 and 50 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Housing & Urban Development Corporation has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on Wednesday, 27th July, 2022 to consider the matter relating to raising of funds through issue of bonds/ debentures, as may be permitted by regulatory authorities from time to time during the financial year 2022-23, up to a maximum of Rs 22,000 crore.
