Central Bank of India reports 9% rise in Q1 consolidated net profit

Central Bank of India has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2022.

The bank has reported a rise of 14.20% in its net profit at Rs 234.78 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 205.58 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 0.92% at Rs 6357.48 crore for Q1FY23 as compared Rs 6299.63 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the bank has reported a rise of 9.04% in its net profit at Rs 272.90 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 250.27 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 1.01% at Rs 6387.24 crore for Q1FY23 as compared Rs 6323.23 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
